trabajo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Se refiere al <strong>entrenamiento o ense\u00f1anza<\/strong> que reciben los colaboradores para <strong>dominar nuevas competencias<\/strong>, que les permitan crecer y avanzar profesionalmente. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#1e851e\"><strong>Capacitaci\u00f3n interna<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Son <strong>programas educativos internos<\/strong> que brindan una gu\u00eda y explicaci\u00f3n de las actividades que se desempe\u00f1an al ocupar un nuevo puesto de trabajo, sea por promoci\u00f3n o nuevo ingreso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#1e851e\"><strong>Capacitaci\u00f3n externa<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Consiste en la iniciativa por expandir la videoconferencia<\/strong> y <strong>trabajo en plataforma en l\u00ednea<\/strong>, para alcanzar un aprovechamiento \u00f3ptimo de todo el conocimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al concluir el diplomado, los participantes obtuvieron un <strong>diploma con valor curricular<\/strong>, lo que impacto positivamente en su perfil profesional y su contribuci\u00f3n social para abordar estas
